Effective solutions come with
innovative thinking and engineering discipline
Step 1. If you have a process control
problem that you do not know how to solve, let us help.
Step 2. Provide us the necessary information
about the control problem. Download this form, print
a copy, fill it out, and fax it to 916-631-6312.

and Process Information Worksheet
Step 3. Our application specialist
team will analyze the situation and recommend the following:
(a) If the problem is a regulatory
control problem for complex systems, CyboCon is the
natural solution.
(b) If the problem is an APC/optimization
problem, we can most likely simplify it into an advanced
regulatory control problem, and/or an optimization problem.
Then, CyboCon can be used to improve the control system.
An APC/optimization system can also be implemented.
(c) If the problem is an APC/optimization
problem that we cannot simplify, we will propose a solution.
(d) If the problem is not related to
our specialty, we will let you know up front.
Step 4. You come to one of our training
centers to
(a) Attend a one day CyboCon product
training, which includes an introduction to CyboCon's
Model-Free Adaptive control technology, and hands on
training in using the CyboCon product.
(b) One day training on supervisory
control and optimization methods (Optional).
(c) One day discussion and system preliminary
design, which allows the project team to have a good
understanding of the problems and goals. A more detailed
system specification and project implementation approach
can be defined.
These sessions can be customized to suit your needs
and schedule.
Step 5. Execution of CyboCon based
Advanced Regulatory Control (ARC).
(a) Implementation of an HMI system
in Windows NT for CyboCon if you do not have one in
place.
(b) Installation, configuration, and
testing of the related software: HMI, interface driver,
and CyboCon.
(c) Field commissioning of closed loop
control with CyboCon.
(d) Develop system maintenance manuals,
operator training, etc.
Step 6. Execution of supervisory control
and optimization (Optional).
(a) Development of supervisory control
and optimization strategies.
(b) Design and software development
for the strategies.
(c) Lab tests.
(d) Field commissioning.
(e) Develop system maintenance manuals,
operator training, etc.
