CyboCon MFA Control Software – Professional Edition is designed to provide more application oriented MFA control solutions based on customers’ special requirements.

MFA Flare Control Solution for Refineries and Petrochemical Plants |
Specially designed to control Combustion Zone Heating Value (NHVcz), Vent Gas Heating Value (NHVvg), and Heating Value Dilution Parameter (NHVdil) to allow oil refinery flares to comply with EPA RSR-63.670 rules, and chemical plant flares to comply with EPA Ethylene MACT and MON MACT.
The MFA flare control system can deal with nonlinear, varying time delays, and large disturbances of the flare processes so that the plant can meet EPA requirements in all operating conditions and achieve substantial amount of supplemental gas savings.

MFA Soft-Sensor and Control Solution for Alumina Plants |
This special CyboCon software package includes the following: (1) a CyboSoft Blow-off A/C Predictive Model that can continuously predict the Blow-off A/C Ratio of a digestion process; (2) an MFA controller that controls the test tank caustic concentration to stabilizes the digestion process; (3) an MFA controller that controls the Blow-off A/C Ratio by regulating the bauxite feed to maximize throughput, overcome process upsets, and allow the plant to run at a higher Blow-off A/C Ratio. This solution will result in a large increase in Alumina yield.

MFA for Gas Mixing Systems |
Includes all necessary MFA controllers and soft-sensors for controlling gas pressure, flow, and Mixed-Gas Heating value. Soft-sensor for Mixed-gas Heating Value is included. Gas online heating value analyzer can be used for calibration purposes and does not need to be turned on all the time.

MFA for Boiler Steam Dryness Control |
Includes all necessary MFA controllers and soft-sensors for controlling steam temperature, pressure, fuel-air ratio, and Steam Dryness. Soft-sensor for Steam Dryness is included.
