MFA Loop Controller includes the following features: all-in-one with 32-bit CPU, analog and digital I/Os, touch screen, Ethernet, USB, Windows CE, and MFA control software with HMI capabilities. It can control up to 4 simple or difficult loops with a variety of MFA controllers to select including:
SISO MFA controller to replaces PID to eliminate manual tuning,

• Nonlinear MFA controller to control extremely nonlinear processes,
• MFA pH controller to control pH processes,
• Anti-delay MFA controller to control processes with large time delays,
• Feedforward MFA to compensate for measurable disturbances, and
• Robust MFA to protect process variable from running outside defined boundaries.

The product is useful for controlling small processes and equipment with difficult control loops such as: (1) water pH, ORP, and Turbidity; (2) combustion and temperature of small boilers, ovens, furnaces, and heat-exchangers; (3) density and level of evaporators; and (4) temperature and moisture of food processing equipment and extruders. Users can achieve energy savings, emission reduction, quality improvement, cost savings on materials and labor.
